1. General Provisions
By purchasing products/services through this website, the consumer enters into a Distance Contract, which is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on Distance Contracts, and other applicable legislation.
2. Ordering Process
The prices and specifications of the products available in the Online Store are listed alongside each product.
To place an order:

- Complete all required fields and select the preferred delivery method.
- The total order cost, including shipping, will be displayed.
- Proceed with the payment to complete your order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency used on the website is EUR. Orders can be paid for using the following payment methods, provided by the MakeCommerce.lv payment platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS:
- Online banking payments (Latvia): Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
- Online banking payments (Estonia): Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Online banking payments (Lithuania): Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

Note: If paying via online banking, please confirm the order and click "Return to Merchant" to finalize the transaction.
All payment-related personal data is securely processed by Maksekeskus AS, a licensed payment service provider.
The contract becomes valid upon successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.
4. Delivery Terms
We deliver Worldwide.
Orders are shipped via Omniva or DPD.
The Buyer is responsible for covering all customs duties and taxes required for receiving the shipment at the destination.
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Domestic (Latvia): 1–5 business days
Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania): 2–7 business days
Nordic Countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark): 4–10 business days
Central & Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 5–14 business days
Eastern & Southern Europe (Poland, Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.): 5–14 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 5–14 business days
North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 7–21 business days
Asia & Middle East (China, Japan, UAE, etc.): 10–30 business days
Australia & Oceania: 10–30 business days
Rest of the World: 15–45 business days (depending on location and customs)
Exception: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, depending on customs procedures, international logistics, or unforeseen delays. If this happens, we will notify the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. (Some products may not be eligible for return. If applicable, clearly state these exceptions.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (business purchases).
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be used only as intended.
- The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality and safety during the withdrawal period.
- If the product is damaged, improperly used, or returned without original packaging, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the Online Store covers the return shipping cost.
- If returning for personal reasons, the Buyer must cover the return shipping expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Products
The Online Store is responsible for any product defects or non-compliance with contractual terms that arise within 6 months of delivery. The Buyer must report any defects within 2 months of discovering them by contacting info@etnodesigns.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for damages that occur after delivery.
If a product is found to be defective, the Buyer is entitled to:
- Request repair or replacement at no cost.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, the Buyer will receive a full refund.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints within 15 days.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the personal data necessary to fulfill orders, such as name, email, and delivery address.
Personal data is shared only with delivery service providers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
